Easy installation:
1.Cutable: Cut On the Cut Marks on the strip to desired length.(mini 5cm each)
2.Peel: Remove the adhesive backing on the strip.
3.Firmly Press the strip in desired place and Connect the USB to USB port.

1. 2meters or above length LED Strip Option required DC5V 2A power supply ,
or the product may not work correctly.
2. The remote not include battery. (battery model:CR2025/CR2032)
3. Bluetooth Controller set connection please download app first then connect bluetooth from app,
not need to search bluetooth device through your phone bluetooth setting
4. Music controller not play music out,just work with input music

The product is the same as described and it works fine with my TV. However, I don't like it keeps flashing when TV turn on unless I have to press the color button.

Works good, at first the Bluetooth didn't work, I unplugged the connectors and plugged it in the other way, Bluetooth worked but light didn't, than I changed it again and all works great. Ordered another one, but it's funny that on black Friday the price was higher than normal

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shinelly (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
